FN Archive documents artistic works and practices without transferring ownership of them.
Rights remain with creators
Copyright in artworks, writing, music, film, design, performance, architecture, recordings, and submitted documentation remains with the artist, collaborators, photographer, publisher, producer, estate, or other credited rights holder.
Permission to publish
Contributors confirm that they are authorized to provide material and grant FN Archive permission to display it for archival, educational, and discovery purposes.
Corrections and notices
Rights holders may contact FN Archive to request a credit correction, replacement or restriction of documentation, or review of a published record.
